Knight and Day on DVDKnight and Day (DVD)
When a small-town girl named June (Cameron Diaz) meets a mysterious stranger, Roy (Tom Cruise), she thinks she’s found the man of her dreams. But she soon discovers he’s a fugitive super-spy, who thrusts her into a thrilling cat-and-mouse chase that spans the globe. As the bullets and sparks fly, June must decide if her “Knight” in shining armour is a dangerous traitor or the love of her life.

This film is so over-the-top from the moment it starts until the credits roll. June’s almost unquestioning cooperation from the moment bullets and knives start flying is unbelievable. Roy is impeccably polite and ridiculously skilled. The one thing that can be said for certain is Diaz and Cruise truly look like they enjoyed shooting the movie. Unfortunately, it’s not quite as much fun to watch.

Special features include: “Wilder Knights and Crazier Days” featurette; “Knight and ‘Someday,’” featuring the Black Eyed Peas and Tom Cruise; viral videos “Soccer” and “Kick”; and theatrical trailer. (Fox Home Entertainment)
